Visit to TGHRI
Dr Paul Reynolds was recently invited by Dr Barua to the Department of Medicine, University of Toronto/ Toronto General Hospital Research Institute (TGHRI), where he gave a seminar on some of his lab’s work on in vitro models of renal pathology. Dr Reynolds also initiated a collaboration with Dr Jones, University of Guelph as part of a current BBSRC project on novel imaging methodologies, to examine how renal podocytes which have been engineered to harbour defects that affect their ability to attach correctly, exert force on their substrate.
