Academics go wild
On 17th August the Under the Skin Team from Public Engagement and School of Medicine carried out an event at Edinburgh Zoo. Sessions were offered to members of the public on pig heart and kidney dissections, anatomical art and a “make your own internal organs from milk bottle tops”.
Under the Skin Team were Dr Ourania Varsou and Henry Rae from the School of Medicine along with Alina Loth and Gustav Meiubauer from the University Public Engagement team.
