Childhood Visual Impairment Lecture

Dr Andrew Blaikie, Senior Lecturer with the Global Health Implementation team delivered an invited lecture on Childhood Visual Impairment to sensory support teachers at the Scottish Sensory Centre in the University of Edinburgh.  The talk covered the results of the long standing VI Scotland notification system and the more recent results from the new Visual Impairment Network for Children and Young People register (VINCYP) for which he is the national ophthalmology lead.  Dr Blaikie is pictured with the Professor of Childhood Visual Impairment at Moray House School of Education John Ravenscroft.
