World Cancer Congress
Dr Gozde Ozakinci will speak at the World Cancer Congress in Paris (31/10-2/11) in a session titled “The Cancer Prevention Initiative: A model for increasing capacity in policy translatable behavioral and lifestyle research”. This session is organised by Cancer Research UK and Dr Ozakinci will talk about her experience as a participant in the first CRUK sandpit from which she received funding for her parkrun project and her experience as a mentor in the two subsequent sandpits.
